1. Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Certain items (personalized, hygiene products, final sale) may not be eligible for returns.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
3. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
