1. Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Certain items (personalized, hygiene products, final sale) may not be eligible for returns.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
